Absolutely not. Claire's uses piercing guns and should be avoided like the plague. They wouldn't be able to do an industrial piercing. Find a good piercer in your area. Members of the APP (Association of Professional Piercers) are always great and their website (safepiercing.org) has a link where you can locate one in your area. Or look at reviews on google/yelp and find a good piercer that way. Don't just go anywhere, that's an easy way to end up with a messed up piercing.
