Does Color Fiend contain any peroxide?
My sister has medium/dark brown hair. She wants me to put streaks in her hair. Don't worry I've done this a bunch of times before, but with a different color that was discontinued. I'm not gonna bleach her hair so don't say that please. She has natural highlights that I'm gonna dye red so I don't need to bleach her hair. She's only 12 and I don't wanna put peroxide in her hair. Thanks!

its water based hair dye
I would so not reccomend to dye your hair or highlights because then the person who got it done on them is going to have alot of nots!! trust me im 11 and i got so many nots!
