If you are going on holidays and staying less then 6 weeks a tourist card which is like a visa will be required. Any stays longer than 6 weeks will require a special Visa obtain at a local Cuban Consulate.
You could use the Jamaican Passport I believe. I think the Visa can work though. Just Not the US one.
You need a tourist card - which is a very simple form of visa that you fill in yourself.
These can be bought at many airports en route. (Cancun, Panama, Nassau.)
