I have green eyes and I've honestly never heard that! Just regular black mascara and liner are actually great for green eyes. If you really want to make your eyes pop Almay has GREAT products for green eyes. Or you can just get the raisin quartz eyeliner and a brownish black mascara for a more natural look that makes your green eyes stand out! :)
