PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE

1 pkg. yellow cake mix

1 pkg. (4 serving) instant pudding mix

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

4 eggs

1 1/4 cups water

1/4 cup oil

7 drops green food coloring optional

Combine all ingredients blend, beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan, bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.

Strawberry Cake

1 box yellow cake mix

1 cup Wesson oil

1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello

1 box thawed strawberries

2 tbls flour

4 eggs

1 cup water

Combine with mixer & bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool & ice. For icing combine 1 box powdered sugar, 1 box thawed strawberries & 1 stick butter, softened.

Neiman Marcus Cake

1 box yellow cake mix

1 stick butter, softened

2 eggs

1 box powdered sugar

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.

2 eggs

Mix first 3 ingredients; mixture will be thick. Pour into greased & floured pan. Mix next 3 ingredients & pour over batter in pan. Bake @ 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Chocolate Cake

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 3/4 cups brown sugar

3/4 cup cocoa

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups buttermilk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup boiling water

Confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl and slowly whisk in wet ingredients. Pour into greased 9 by 12-inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve.
