Effectiveness Lo loestrin Fe?
the main reason I want to be on birth control is because I have bad breakouts and i want my breasts to grow. if my breasts are going to get bigger and breakouts lighter on birth control, would it make a difference to have a low dose of estrin rather than a regular dose?

You deff. shouldn't be put on birth control for those reasons. Be happy with what you got. You can always try medications, and other things to get rid of your breakouts. Being put on birth control isn't your best option.
