Sometimes when the key is turned to the 3rd position and removed the engine control circuit stays active. I have a video of the problem for easier diagnosis, with more details in the description.

The electrical portion of the ignition switch is the issue. Most times the white plastic or where the mechanical key Cly turns the electrical part cracks or wears out some time the key is not as long as the original. Electrical ignition/starter switch is not very expensive held in with only one small Philips screw and a couple clips and I think two plugs. Under the steering coulomb covers. The Factory Nissan Switch is an exact fit and should correct your key turn full to off issue. A little lock lubricant in all your locks once and a while does not hurt either. Eventually the electrical switch will wear crack to the point it will not start the car too. Good Luck
no longer helpful if u can flush the tranny. not ordinary to inform yet aamco seems maximum perfect as they're tranny experts- some vehicles get damaged by utilizing tranny flushes, and quite flushing resolves little if something, no longer something new fluid can't do. ought to fee a touch extra yet u get it performed good at aamco
