I am very scared to use either of these! My stool has be hard, dry and little round balls. The past couple of days, I went to the Dr and she gave me Co2 suppositories to use. I am scared to use them because of the gas that is released inside. Plus , I am not sure if it will soften the stool. Would it be better to use an Enema. I am really scared of the pain. Really really scared. If you have use any of these and your stool was like mine, please tell me if there will be pain when it is time to pass it.
