Hi, i 'fixed' my machine by cleaning the sponges as suggested by the following:

, but now the black ink wont print at all - i have cleaned the heads many times and tried to print an all black sheet in case it is an airlock. the printer is definately using ink (its just warned me i am low after 'printing' the all black page, and the gauge thingy has dropped) - any ideas?
