I am planning on moving out to Europe for Art School..I am not sure which one to attend. The reason for this is because I didn't do so well in college here in the US..and so I can't get into a good college anymore because you can't "clear" your academic record because you have to tell EVERY college your past education and so on. So the question is this. IF I choose to apply for a school outside the US will I have to report my college education..or can I just get a "fresh start"?

For Art Bachelors in Europe go over here:

The criteria I used were the discipline of "Art and Art History" which I believe is most suiting (?)
Academic records tend to be requested everywhere though, not just in the states. You could try to explain you haven't had the chance to find the one right study course that suits you the best or explain your new institution why you failed your other courses. Good luck with finding a school of Arts!
