It could, because many women who started taking estrogen-containing birth control pills during their teenage years reported growing bigger breasts and such. On the flip side, some women have reported that the increase in breast size was only temporary. As soon as they stopped their birth control, their boobs returned to normal. This might be because the pill can cause fluid retention which makes breasts look bigger. I can't tell you if estrogen pills would affect you either way because breast size is partly genetic as you said and also because I'm not a medical expert.
