My manager ask me whether is it possible to assign a password to various supervisors so that he or she can only view that portion of the excel data cells dedicated for them.Thanks. Hi,sorry to tell you but this will require you using VBA scriptopen a user formpick from list (names of banks etc)ask for password linked to bankthen UNHIDE worksheet attached to that passwordon close hide allP.Sthis can be cracked in about 6 sec's and is not very secure ??but bank managers are not that clever so you should be O.K
