I applied for financial aid but money doesn't get disbursed until next month and my deadline to pay for classes is tomorrow. Do I still have to pay the fees tomorrow? Also when I go to pay I only have to pay tuition and no class fees. Is that because I'm getting aid and the school waives me off the paying list?

This question would probably best be asked at your school's financial aid office. I know they are probably very crowded right now, so you have asked the question here, but they would give you the best advice.
That said, what does your financial aid award letter show? If it shows that you have financial aid that covers the cost of tuition and fees, then normally this information is passed on to the Bursar's office (where you would pay for your classes) and they will not expect a payment from you. If your financial aid letter doesn't show that your tuition and fees are completely covered, then you would be expected to pay the difference.
Depends on the school where im at you have to pay at least %10 to start the semester regardless if you have financial aid
