Check for spark at the spark plugs. It's got to have spark as well as fuel to start.
Hi,
Is your battery okay.?
because if battery is okay only the fuel pump gets power and pump the fuel to the fuel line.Just a small test you can do.Just plug out the fuel inlet to the fuel rail(in case of fuel injection type) or the caruburater ,then crank the engine ,if the fuel comes out then your battery and pump are working.
But from your version i can feel that it is not reaching the carburraterthen check the fuel lines and fuel pump
