If the box said that you can wash them and you followed the directions exactly and they still frizzed you should contact the manufacturer and ask for a replacement set of extensions.
and just fyi, hair extensions do not get as dirty as actual hair.. they can go a lot longer without being washed because there are no natural oils on them. wash them once every 3-6 weeks.
hope everything works out(:
Well, being I have worked with hair, in both a salon and leisurely, just to give you a heads up, that hair extensions under $20 aren't going to be such a good quality if you have having problems such as this. The quality of hair decreases so even if you do, it is going to take work to get your hair controlled the way you may want it. I would suggest that you up your budget a little. By far, I know by experience that Indian Remy hair is the best, and I am not just telling you this. You can get it for 29.99, and that is the cheapest, especially on this site. Going into a hair store it is going to more expensive also. The hair is silky, and stays manageable so much longer, you don't have to worry about washing it, unless you are planning on keeping it for months at a time. Take a look at this. I'm sure they have your color.
