Hey, so yeah, im starting to lose my hair........................
but its not like "OHMYGOD! OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD! IM LOSING MY HAIR!"
nooooo
its more like "oh, my hair is decreasing in quantity"
of course, i dont actually say that, but still...u get the point
im still a teen, so i dont really think its because of old age
I spend around 3-4 hours on the computer everyday, and i blowdry as well as use hair products like axe (messy look)
anyways, is there ways to stop my hair from decreasing in quantity? :/

Hey! I'm 13, and the same thing happened to me during the summer, and it just recently stopped, but I just wanted to assure you that IT WILL STOP. I remember getting really worried about it because it seemed like it never would, but it did after 2 months :)
I used the shampoo Nexxus salon hair care, it doesn't stop the hair from falling out, but it definetly helps it grow back. Here's the link to more hair thickening shampoos and conditioners; and I know from experience that it really does work!

Some other things you can do is add some olive oil or baking powder to your shampoo. Try turning the water from hot to cold in the shower--for example, 2 minutes hot, 2 minutes cold. This helps improve circulation so that the hair loss problem will stop sooner. Drink lots of milk and take vitamins! These nutrients will help hair grow back, and the doctor reccomended it for me when my hair started falling out. Try not to tie your hair up as often, because it will create traction and the hair will just fall out more. If possible, getting 8+ hours of sleep everyday will help A WHOLE LOT. for me, once i got enough rest, the hair loss problem went away after just three days :) One last thing that might help is to put silk or something similar over your pillow-- this way your hair wont fall out as much during the night. (This helped me a lot too)
It could be thyroid problems, and you should get tested by your doctor about that just in case. For me and many others it wasn't, and because you're still a teen, it's very rare. If it doesn't stop after 3 months, you may want to go back to the doctor for more analyzing and special treatment.
BEST OF LUCK AND DONT WORRY ABOUT IT :)
Mm. It's absolutely genetics. Hair loss more often than not travels by way of the mummy's part. I had a buddy with this quandary. His hair used to be thinning and he fully freaked out. He is now on a few kind of tablet remedy and it seems that it is all high-quality and dandy. Make definite you spot a expert. Not simply any historical surgeon. Get a prescription and also you will have to be high-quality. Other intelligent, wasting hair at the sort of younger age gets you pressured out, and make you lose extra hair. In a tragic vicious cycle.
