Just grab the bar and drag it to the bottom.

If it refuses to move, right click on it and choose unlock, then drag it down.

drag it back then lock it....

to lock it you have to right click on the menu bar

click and hold it down, then drag it bak to the bottom

then rite click on it, & checkmark lock the taskbar

click on it and drag it to the bottom, then release the mouse.

Click and drag it =)

right click once...hold and drag back to bottom!!!!!!!!!!
