i dropped my computer and and the USB port and the charger port got pushed up and broke the side plastic of the laptop, for a couple days after that it worked but then it just stopped charging i have tried to charge it but i have to shove the charger in the port HARD it still turns on but only for a couple seconds. my dad said it is the charger but i think it is the port which is it please? and how much would it be to fix? also where is a reliable place to get it fixed besides geek squad? P.S i have a dell inspiron
