My friend loves the Philadelphia Eagles, there are bakery's that will make the cake for me but they don't make cookie cakes & those are his favorite. I was wondering if anyone knew of a website where i could order a cookie pan in the shape of the Eagle on the jersey/helmet so i can make him my own cookie cake. please help.. thank you :]

Just make a template from cardboard. Make the cookie dough, roll it out on the cookie sheet. Cut around the template then remove the dough around the shape.
Doing this you can make two good size cookies put a layer of frosting between the cookies.
About a 12 inch cookie would bake about 15 to 20 minutes or so.
For ease of frosting stick with fairly smooth cookie doughs. Sugar cookie, snicker doodle, peanut butter, Chocolate chip might work just press down the chips so the cookie is level.
Philadelphia Eagles Cake Pan
Instructions Difficulty: Easy Things You’ll Need: * 9-inch graham cracker crust * 1 package (8oz) cream cheese * 2 eggs * 1/2 Cup sugar * 1 tsp vanilla * electric mixer * large bowl * oven * E.D. Smith cherry pie filling Step1 Pre-bake graham cracker crust for 5 minutes at 350 Farenheit Step2 In bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix on medium-high speed until well-blended and creamy. It is okay if there are still a few lumps of cream cheese - these add texture! Step3 Pour into pre-baked crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 Farenheit. Edges will become golden brown, and cracks may appear in top. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center - it should come out clean. Step4 Cool completely at room temperature (not in fridge or cooler), then top with pie filling. Slice into 6 or 8 pieces. Step5 ADAPTATIONS: 1. Obviously, you can change the type of pie filling used for different types of cheesecake. We prefer E.D. Smith because it is very high quality. Their Wildberry pie filling is also excellent with cheesecake. 2. Add 1 Tbsp cocoa at Step 2 to make this a chocolate cheesecake. 3. For a marbled cheesecake, add cocoa to 1/2 the batter. Pour vanilla batter into crust, then drizzle chocolate batter in a spiral over top of vanilla batter. Use a knife to cross-cut through the chocolate batter to form marbled effect. 4. Make a citrus cheesecake by substituting lemon or orange extract for the vanilla, and adding 1 tsp lemon zest at Step 2. 5. Make a pumpkin cheesecake by adding 1 Cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp cloves at Step 2. Top with whipped cream. Use your imagination to make many different types of delicious New York Cheesecake from this one simple recipe!
