If I am 15 and my mom has me go see a dietician that she pays for, can he tell my parents whatever I say? For instance if I tell him I have an eating disorder that my parents are unaware of, is he obligated to tell them? Or do the laws prevent him from telling them?

The dietician and his wife are also my moms coworkers and kinda friends. We see them every day. So this guy already knows me.... But that shouldnt affect it right?
