I`ve looked all around the internet and I can`t find the answer to my question. With my 1995 honda civic ex`s compressor running on its own belt, can the belt removed without harming other components of the car? If I cut the belt of my compressor, I know I won`t I have AC anymore in my car. But if I do cut it, will my car still run normally?

Yes you can remove it and your car will still run fine. You will only have no a/c in your car. Hope this help!
The AC belt is by itself because it was not standard on all cars, and rather than having a belt with two different lengths for the same vehicle the engineers decided it would be more cost effective to run two belts, and in the event of a compressor failure if the belt was damaged you would not lose more important features such as power steering and you alternator for your charging system. As long as the belt only runs the AC compressor it will not effect the car to remove it.
It may be ok for a while longer. However do it soon enough to prevent it from breaking. If it does break you can bend valves and a valve job is not what you want to do. You may think about doing the water pump while they are there. It's a shame to do the timing belt then have your water pump go out two months later and ruin the new belt. The pump is below the belt so do them both at the same time. As far as when you should do it if I could see into the future I wouldn't be here.
yeah man you can cut it off its no biggy.. I have no powersteering or ac belts on my car, just the alternator belt and its perfectly fine.
