So I am a freshman in high school and I have a gpa of 4.0. and I hope to have a 4.26 by the end of high school. I am currently volunteering at the YMCA about 5 hours a week and I am going to volunteer at the hospital (since I plan to be a doctor). I am going to start working part time starting this summer since I'll have my license and I plan to keep that job through the rest of high school. I am reading a lot because I want to build a strong vocaulary for the SAT. I have thought about volunteering for the library as a young adult literature advisor, but I am worried if that will make me too busy.
I also played JV volleyball and I am probably going to play tennis this year also. I have been playing piano since I was eight.
Update:I want to get into a really good college, possibly Ivy league

Piano isn't an extracurricular.
Not counting your plans, you volunteer 5 hours a week and play volleyball. Those activities certainly don't look bad, and are a good start. Try not to obsess over college to much, especially as a freshman.
