Well, the way i lost weight was i exercized everyday...ran mainly...and i just watched what i ate. I ate salad like everyday and drank water or sprite zero...umm it may help to have no more than like 22 grams of carbs each day. Eat cheese sticks, broccoli, salad, just healthy things. Eat slower so you wont get as full as fast.
Hope this helps!! :)
and Good luck!!
I will probably give you an answer that you don't want to hear, but I think that first you should consider your health instead the "losing weight fast" stuff. You are way too young to be worrying about things like this. However, I can understand why the extra weight would bother you. Because I was also like this, and I was willing to try pretty much anything that would promise me to lose weight. BIG MISTAKE. You have to be extremely careful when choosing a diet, and anything that is very extreme (such as not eating fat, or no more bread) is probably doing to back fire at you . My advice is to try to be realistic. You accumulated the extra weight on a period of months, even years. You can not expect to loose it in 2 sole months. The best things that you can do is stop eating so many sweets and try to exercise a little, bike, have a run, play tennis. Something like that, and you will see that if you try to eat healthy and move a little, you will lose the extra pounds quite easily. Good luck :)
A preteen girl should NOT focus on dieting, as it can cause stunted growth and delayed development.
If you are worried about your health, I'd suggest eating balanced meals, and getting exercise most days of the week (walks, bike rides, swimming, etc). If you are still concerned about your weight, I would suggest getting a physical and discussing nutrition with your doctor.
