How can i compress win rar files?
i am suppose to upload this file on media file but i need to make it into 200mb and the file is alot bigger than than so im going have to split it into to to make it 200mb part 1 and part 2 how do i do that you can answer my question or send me a link on a youtube video on how to do it

Extract the file, select half of the file, and compress it. Then select the rest of the file and compress it.
You just right-click the folder (it has to be in a folder) and click add to [Name of file].rar. this will create a new .rar file.
win rar sucks
use 7zip. when you compress a file with that there is an option tobsplit the file
