Ive got the winter blues. I want to lose 10 pounds. I'll admit i am real lazy and i don't like to exercise, in my mind its always boring. I wouldnt mind trying a fun exercise. I'd like to lose weight pretty soon too. Any tips?

eat a lot of healthy foods and do like 30 crunches and 10 push-ups a day.
don't eat junk food n salty type foods
drinks lots of water too.
get on a treadmil for an hour then run a little bit
or just go to the gym 1 or 2 x a week
