you can loose weight by august easily. you just follow things till august in a bit disciplined way. to loose weight don't just rely on died, you have to do at least 45 mins of exercise aswl. you have to do low intensity cardio everyday at least for 45 mins. you can do running, skipping, burpees, climbing stairs for your cardio. this will help you to reduce your fat faster. along with exercise you have to follow a strict diet. say no to all kind of junk food. have protein rich diet. never skip your breakfast, breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day. have something after every 3 hour. this will help to increase metabolism of your body. you can have fruits, dry fruits, egg white and have black coffee or green tea. just plan things, plan your day properly, you will see change in yourself very soon.

if you just want to lose 10 pounds of ANYTHING ...muscle / water ...etc then simply knock out the strength exercise ...BUT i really don't advise that...
