how can i lose 10 pounds?

somewhat fast; like 2 weeks if possible.

if not, in a month.

how can i do this in a healthy way?

like simple things to cut out of my diet/easy workouts/etc.

i'm mostly looking to lose weight off my stomach and thighss.
