First you have to get motivated, then change your eating habits (switch to healthy foods) and exercise 4-5 days a week for an hour. Within 2/3 months you will see a BIG difference in you body and you'll feel better too. Good Luck!!!

eat small healthy meals and only 1 snack a day (plenty of fruits & vegetables, meats like chicken and fish, lots of water)
NO fast food or processed foods (like little debbies)

run/jog 3 miles every day but on saturday and sunday give yourself a break by jogging 2 miles
do v-ups, pushups, curl ups, wall sits
