how can i lose 15lbs =/?

im really into sports! and i guess ppl think i weight like 105lbs or something but i dont cuz i weight 115lbs and im 5ft, im 16

and i REALLY wanna lose at least 10lbs(wish i can lose 15)

i eat right and excise everyday for an hour..

pleasee helpp meee, what can i do?
