I need some sweaty easy workout routines at home? and hey im only 16 yo and need to lose weight now. please suggest some very easy like for beginners. im only new to this thanks :)
Get your diet right before you worry about workouts. Weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Nobody used to exercise 60-100 years ago the way we do today, yet obesity levels were MUCH lower. Nobody counted calories or anything like that back then either.
From my research (which is a lot), a low carbohydrate diet is undoubtedly the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Cut out all sugary foods and starchy foods and replace them with quality sources of protein and fats. For protein I would suggest chicken, turkey, eggs, steak, tuna, salmon and greek yogurt. For fats I suggest avocado, nuts, seeds, egg yolks, olive oil, olives and coconut oil.
Honestly, any workout you do at home is going to make barely any difference unless you have a lot of gym equipment. You would be better off just going for a 20 minute walk every day.

automate your eating by planning your meals ahead of time that way you re less likely to make an unhealthy last minute food choice
Use calorie calculator to figure out how many calories you re consuming daily
Try sprint intervals to lose belly fat
paint your own toe nails instead of sitting for a pedicure
instead of a three ounce serving of steak try a three ounce serving of salmon instead
get a daily dose of cocoa
Don t drink soda regularly
