i weight 265 lbs and i want to lose some weight for when i go back to school. but i wanna know how can you lose a pound a day, how much exercise i have to do how much calories i have to eat & most importantly will it be noticable that i lost weight.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
To lose one pound of fat, you'll need to lose 3,500 calories. Only exercise and your basal metabolic rate can determine weight loss. To lose one pound a day, you can't eat anything but vegetables that are not digestable and exercise roughly 4 hours a day. I recommend taking away 300-400 calories from what your already eatting and runnig 30min-1hr a day. This is what i did for a month and a half and i lost 15 pounds.
1 pound of bodyfat = 3500 calories, a pound a day is quiet insane but theoretically you must eat 3500 calories less than you use everyday... Don't starve yourself, remember just breathing and living uses up calories, so don't go running to burn 5000 calories or anything. It is generally true that 1 pound of fat per week is the healthiest form of weight loss, even though that may hurt to hear.
Losing a pound per day is extremely unhealthy and will only be water weight. you will gain it back the next day. You can lose 1-3 healthy pounds per week. Diet and exercise will take them off and keep them off but you will kill yourself trying to lose a pound per day.

A pound of fat is 3500 calories, so all you have to do is have a daily caloric total of -3500, ex) I a day you might burn 5000 calories, so only have 1500 calories enter your body. But it all depends on your exercise level.

attempt eating a great number of grapefruit juice, yet in basic terms for 2 weeks at a time, then end. Grapefruit is very acidy, and might skinny your blood if taken for over 2 weeks i lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks doing this.........
