Total calories all 3 days : 2100
This plan it is to be used for 3 days at a time. If you follow it correctly you can lose up to 10 lbs. in 3 days . After 3 days of dieting, resume eating normally for four to five days, do not overeat. You can start back if you like.
Variations
Orange instead of Grapefruit
Tuna instead of Cottage cheese (and vice versa)
Frozen yogurt instead of Ice Cream
Cauliflower instead of Broccoli (and vice versa)
Green beans instead of Broccoli or Cauliflower
Spinach, Peas, Turnip Greens or Beets instead of Carrots

You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods. Drink 4 glass of water or diet soda or any diet drink without sugar or use only diet sugar

Long answer: You can't really expect to lose a pound a day and then expect to stay healthy. Try for a more realistic goal, like 1-1 and a half pounds a week. The human body is too darn energy efficient, so it doesn't burn many calories even if you worked out a ton (but it's better than not exercising), and you can't really alter your genetics.
But make sure you stretch before and after each workout, and drink plenty of water, or your body's going to be very tired and you could start getting sick if you overdo it.
Get something from the store called calcium citrate - tastes like lemons. It makes you poo. A LOT! It only works though if you drink the bottle with 2 glasses of water It's not something that you should do everyday though, because you only have so much feces in you.
After that, WATCH YOUR CALORIC INTAKE, but still eat meals, 3-5 times a day. Sounds funny to eat that much, but buy the weight control oatmeal from your local grocer and eat that for a meal. They have 200 calories per packet. If you eat 5 meals of these packets, that is just 1000 calories in a day. Your normal caloric intake is supposed to be 2000-2500 depending on your body. So that cuts that in half, and your body should begin to use it's stored fat.
Also, doing a QUICK WALK, not running, for 26 minutes will burn about 130 calories. Do this daily, or twice a day.
OK I'm not sure if its good for your heath, but I'm sure you don't care. what you should do is eat very little and keep moving. Bundle up and go for a run for a hour or more. Your going to be seating like a pig but this the point. your not only burn fat but your sweating it off. You may want to take someone with you in case you pass out.
But the products are what really help so buy a lot or don't. All of this together may kill you, but you'll lose at least two pounds a day. So cut it in half if you want one.

cut off something...The only approach to deal with excess body fat is to do cardio and toning/sculpting exercises either 5 or 6 days weekly & eat 5 small healthy meals a day...1 or 2 cheat meals a week is fine...avoid fastfoods,sugary drinks and junk foods...dont do any silly diets,You cant diet for life!There is no other way to stay slim for the rest of your life...good luck

Yeah, you can lose a pound a day - for about a week - before your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down.
In your case, seven pounds is not going to make a visual difference and you'll do more harm than good.
But if you're still determined to do this, then walk for three hours a day and eat only 500 calories a day.
