I am 5ft 2 inches tall and weigh 55 kilos. I don't weigh that much, but after having kids I have gained weight in my mid section. I hate exercise, but if you do have a great diet that works I would love to hear about it.

Eat breakfast, consider what you are drinking black tea and coffee are okay re calories but the sugar and milk can really add to it. Drink water, put a little less on your plate to eat, the less processed the food normally the better it is for you. Exercise doesn't have to be so hard, just park the car a little further away from the shops, use the stairs not the escalator or lift, do some gardening, play with the kids, dance to the music(theirs or yours). It sounds more like you need toning not so much weight loss. Just find ways to move a bit more each day than you do already and it will help you keep up with the kids too.
