Sorry but you can't. Your other question is resolved and you can only delete open questions, not resolved or in voting ones. For future references if a question is still open go to it and click on Edit (pencil icon) and then on delete.
You can only do that if it's Your question and not yet in voting. Once a question has been resolved it becomes the property of Yahoo answers and cannot be deleted. That is part of the rules of the site which you agreed to when you signed up.

I don't think you can ever delete a yahoo question.
