I got fired from a job in October 2010 and haven't been able to find a job since...Besides the seasonal Macy's job. When the job fired me they said they were doing an investigation on me and suspended me and three days later called me and said they were terminating me and that was that. What i want to know is...Was i supposed to sign some type of form for my termination? where do i go to see what they filed my termination as? Basically i want to know why i can't get a job and would like to know what the employers see when they do a background check.

There's not necessarily any reason you would have signed anything, especially if there wasn't any severance. As for checking, and learning what potential employers may uncover when doing a background check, you can do a check on yourself to find out:
