I was using the bathroom and i looked down and i saw something white. it looked like tissue but it never went to the bottom it just kept floating and it looked like a thick discharge but in a solid form.i went to the bathroom like 5 minutes ago amd i wiped myself and on the tissue was a lot of clear or white discharges and blood. was that the mucus plug or a period?

i am cramping and i thing its a period but my cramps that i have on my mother nature days start off hard and then they ease up.but these feel kinda easy and but still a little painful. am i having braxton hicks or is it time for the hospital.
