where do i go, control panel? please help. (windows xp)
What do you mean by reclock? Did you somehow remove your clock from your taskbar?
two ways:
control panel, user accounts, choose your account,set password.
next one is "master password". no one can even turn on the computer.
restart>press F1 to enter setup>security>set password
