I have a list of properties I'd like to buy (or look at) when they become available on the market. What internet website will let me type in an address and notify me when it goes up for sale?
Update:I'm not purchasing homes in the Chicago area. I don't want a broker because I don't want to buy now. I simply just want notification when the home goes for sale. Once it goes for sale, I'd consider moving into it.

Well, I would not trust spammers from here.
The MLS is set up to do that. Find a trustworthy agent and they can set you up with instant email notification. It takes 20 seconds and they do not touch it again.
Don't use the spamming smuck though. Support ethical brokers who can follow rules, they are less likely to try and $crew you.
I did this for the house next door. Sadly it is for sale and I am in too many escrows! I am praying it does not sell....but it will be gone!
The service you are describing does not exist. You can write a program that will do a search of this type for you, but you will need to have a good grasp on information technology. You can just check the addresses daily on Realtor.com, but that will require more effort on your part than you seem willing to do (no offense). You may want to get to know a Realtor and ask them to monitor the addresses, or to make overtures on your behalf, with the understanding that you will use them to close the sale.
