There are programs to do that specifically like DVD shrink.

The other way is to copy the files into an ISO file using an ISO software then burn into DVD. Usually I use DVD Decrypter for that type.

The best options would be either DVDFab (Gold or Platinum) Or DVDXCOPY. They both have options to remove the protection and burn ANY dvd. Remember that if you do not own the disc it is piracy.

Unless that disc is a DVD+/-RW, you cannot.

If its a Dvd+Rw then u cannot do it.
