I just made a cheese quesadilla. And here's how I make mine.
I get a pan and spray canola oil on it. I get a wheat tortilla and place it on the pan. Then I had shredded cheese. After the cheese gets a little bit melty I place another tortilla on top. After one side gets golden brown i get the quesadilla and place it on a spatula. Then I add a slice of butter to the pan, once the butter melts I place the other side of the quesadilla on the pan. After both sides are golden brown i flip it onto a plate, and add a dollop of salsa on top and cut it into 4 pieces. How do you make yours?

I liike to add chicken strips to mine , to make it a fuller meal ... so i guess its called a chicken cheese quesadilla ? . I like to also dip mine into guacamole . I make mine the same way , but with fake butter spray . :)
I toss a tortilla on the griddle. I brush the top of it with a little olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt, season all, and cayenne pepper on it. Then I add the cheese to half of it. I wait for the cheese to get melty before I fold it over and flip it. I top it with sour cream and salsa and black olives.
CHEESE QUESADILLAS
10 flour tortillas
10 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Chopped tomato
Chopped green onion
Chopped bell pepper
Hot sauce (optional)
Mix cheese, sauce, tomatoes, green onions, and bell pepper in bowl. Place tortilla in skillet with a small amount of butter. Place small amount of cheese mixture in tortilla. Fold tortilla over and heat until cheese melts. Note: Grilled chicken or beef strips may also be added.
I put green chillies in the cheese and roasted tomitillo salsa on top.
For those who want to try making their own:
* 1 1/2 pounds fresh tomatillos or 3 (11-ounce) cans tomatillos
* 5 fresh serrano chiles
* 3 garlic cloves, unpeeled
* 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
* 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
* 2 teaspoons coarse salt
Preheat broiler.
If using fresh tomatillos, remove husks and rinse under warm water to remove stickiness. If using canned tomatillos, drain and measure out 2 cups. Broil chiles, garlic, and fresh tomatillos (do not broil canned) on rack of a broiler pan 1 to 2 inches from heat, turning once, until tomatillos are softened and slightly charred, about 7 minutes.
Peel garlic and pull off tops of chiles. Purée all ingredients in a blender.
The same way except butter for both sides and lots of it. I like sour cream and pico de gallo too!
