My last period was only two days (instead of 5) and instead of PMS symptoms I got very bad headaches and nausea similar to a migraine, although I haven't had a migraine in 4 years. For the past two weeks I have bee exhausted, having random headaches and nausea in the afternoons every other day, hot flashes that feel like a mild fever and now some strange feelings in my stomach-- twitches. I took a home preg test this past Friday and it was negative-- would it bee too soon to test? Can pregnancy symptoms such as nausea occur that early-- assuming my two day period was not a real period and I conceived last month.
I am on birth control and we are not TTC, but wouldn't be disappointed if we did.

The average time to start feeling symptoms such as fatigue and nausea is around 6 weeks. Tender breasts can start pretty early, but can also be a sign of PMS.
Since you're on birth control, that could have something to do with the short period. How long has you been on it?
If you're really concerned, you should see your doctor. They can do a blood test for you and check for pregnancy and other things that could be causing you to not feel well.
I got a positive test at 15dpo. No symptoms until a week after I missed my period.
10 days after conception. Your feel tired boobs sore nauseous and so on but some women don't feel anything the whole pregnancy. And some want to be pregnant so bad that they feel all of it and really aren't
