I am looking to incorporate more eggs into my diet. Hardboiled just arent easy to handle or get down sometimes. I am wondering if I scramble them the night before, will they be nutritiously sound by the time I would eat them the following morning. Waking up at 5 AM every morning and be at work by 5:45 AM doesnt leave a lot of room to make things fresh. I mainly want to eat the whites, maybe 6-8 whites and 1 whole. So if I prepare them a day or so before I actually injest them, will they retain all their protein and nutrients?

Yes, they will retain their nutrients BUT (1) they will taste awful (2) the salmonella bacteria that exist in all eggs will grow like mad overnight, so you will get stomach upsets.
It takes two minutes to cook scrambled eggs - do them in the morning. The clever trick is to not wash up the pan, leave it soaking (full of water) until you wash up in the evening.
They will be fine for a few days. However it takes less than 5 minutes to scramble a couple.
Well eggs should be fine after use them
