the supposed great grandparents got emergeny custody of my daughters son,they told lies and and had no evidence to prove there accusations,but the judge would not dismiss the aligations and give custody back to my daughter,he set no other court dates

we have a lawer but seem to be getting nowhere,by supposed great grandparents i mean the pertunity had not said that there grandson is the father,this people have took this child away from his family doctor,said he needs a baby doctor but has not obtained one,he's one year shots wher due a mth and a1/2 ago,he was a preme and needs those an a timely basis,they have obtained his s.s.# and a birth certificate{how?} and they are theathing my daughter that they wiil change his last name to the supposed fathers last name,how can they do this?they don't have full custody any suggestions would be helpful?

chicgomama,to answer your ?'s i'm in anderson indiana in madison county,the father didn't know this was going on cause he's in jail waiting to be sentenced for murder!the great grandparents are not wealthy,my daughter only gets to see her son when they say so,and it's a day to day basis,they call when they say she can see him she does'nt know from day to day when that will be,no visitation rights were ordered from the courts,if you could reply to email i can give more info i need help,or my daughter is going to be on t.v. with an amber alert,for kidnapping her own kid.
