I'm travelling to the U.S with Delta Airlines and the limit is 23 kg! I can't get my bag under 25 kg, are they gonna charge me for the 2 extra kilos or it won't be a big deal? my friend told me that it's fine till 30 help plzzzzzzz

2 kgs or 4.5 lbs is too much to ignore, pay up or hand carry the extra, or leave them behind. It's better to take them out now rather than having to leave them to the airline when checking in.
Depending on your route, you could be charged US$50 or more for extra weight.
Of course they'll charge you for it, that's why they have the rule. The airlines make a lot of money from people that think they won't be charged for overweight luggage. They will charge you 70 Euros from Europe to the US if your bag weighs 51-70 lbs. Believe it.
The airlines are getting more strict on charging for overweight baggage. They make tons of money from baggage charges.
