Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks and chewing gum too.
well to keep from choking on my food i masticate(chew) it.
At least three times a day - breakfast, lunch and supper.
Three times a day...at meals
Every time I eat.
whenever necessary to avoid choking on a large chunk of whatever!
