how to charge Elinchrom el skyport?
i bought a transceiver and receiver of Elinchrom el skyport it came with a sync cord. the transceiver has a battery which i can replace and receiver you can charge. i have to charger. if i replace the battery in transceiver should everything work??

When you say you have a transceiver, I assume you mean transmitter (the thing that goes on the camera)?
You can purchase a charger for the receiver separately if it didn't come with one. Ask your local Elinchrom dealer.
Once the receiver is charged and the transmitter has a working battery, they should be good to go.
Make sure the frequency settings (3 tiny dip switches) are the same on both units.
Set the transmitter to "all" on the on switch, this means you can ignore the 'group' feature (with a single receiver it won't do anything for you anyway.)
Plug the receiver into your flash's sync port and switch them both on.
Press the set button on the transmitter.
Hopefully the flash fires.
