I'm trying to figure out how to cool the air that goes though the air intake fan without buying anything and without putting moisture in the air. I'll make something if I have to. (oh by the way there is no air conditioning where my computer is)

u could grab a cheap-o fan and stick it there
YOU CAN COOL THE AIR GOING IN IF YOU WANT TO. BUT IT REALLY ISN'T NECESSARY. IF YOU HAVE AN OPEN AREA ON THE BACK OF YOUR PC, TIGERDIRECT.COM SELLS A THREE PACK OF FANS FOR ABOUT $9.00 AND A SINGLE FAN FOR AROUND 2 TO 3 DOLLARS. THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THE AIR FLOW COMING OUT IS NOT RESTRICTED. MEANING NOTHING IS BLOCKING IT. AS LONG AS THE FAN ON THE CPU AND THE EXUAST FAN ARE WORKING, YOU ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD AND AN EXTRA FAN TO BLOW AIR IN, BUT YOU REALLY DON'T NEED TO.
