I know it will take a lot of patience and hard work and I just can't lose it within a week. But I want to lose 20 pounds so I can be at healthy weight.
What I'm asking is this:
-What exercises can I do everyday but INSIDE? (it's getting too cold for outdoors activities)
-What foods do I cut back on and eat more of?
-How long do you think it would take?

I lost 20 lbs in two months which is a decent amount of time. You don't want to lose it quicker than that because it's not healthy for you. Try to cut out your starchs, sugar and white flour. Limit your intake of all forms of potatoes, all forms! You don't have to give them up completely but don't eat them everyday. Only eat things with 8g of sugar or less, unless it has multiple vitamins in it than it is okay. Don't drink any sodas, even diet. Stay away from anything with high fructose corn syrup. Either drink water or 100% juice, skim milk is fine also. When eating any carbs, always go dark. Wheat or multigrain bread, pasta, crackers, etc. Don't worry they're pretty tasty, too.
Now for the exercising:
Exercise atleast 4 times a week for about 30 minutes or so. Do jumping jacks, crunches, lunches. Research on the internet different workouts to do, you will be overwhelmed with how much there are. Also, there is the option of buying workout dvds, I love them! Hope this helps, good luck!
I've been doing the same thing! I am doing this program from Nike called Nike Training Club. You download the app on your phone or I think they might have it on they're website. It's helping me a lot. So far I'm only on beginner but it's truly made a difference.

You can do it anywhere... your room, living room, outside, just all you need is space. I would suggest getting some 10 lb. weights also, though.
DRINK WATER!:) you can eat your regular foods, just cut down the amount of it. Proportion is KEY!:)
If you work extra hard at this workout, then it would probably only take about 2-3 weeks. Remember, 20 pounds is a lot to take off. Just be patient and get lean, toned, and fit. Hope I helped!:)

30 minutes of cardio machines, aerobics and strength combined into 45minutes (I split both into about 20 minutes each or so) Starting at 1 mile then eventually 2,3 miles of running and jogging everyday. Also do light weight exercises with squats. Chores at home and eating 5 small meals a day. One a day metabolism boost vitamins along with it helps it a lot! Get rid of the sugary and junk food and bad carbs! Don't eat too late at night make sure your last meal is 4 hours before bed at least and remember (small) you will never be hungry if you eat the 5 small meals allow your self to have a snack or two throughout the day as well, but make sure its something like fruit. Whenever you have time you can take a light walk or jog at night as well. Green tea also helps the metabolism and is great in the early morning also drink alot of water !!!!! & last but not least use the sauna every now and then.
