I have lupus and a Kidney transplant so I want to be at a good healthy weight . NO im not fat, so no rude comments, and please don't comment if you don't know anything. just bascially a diet plan and/or excersise plan.

I'm no nutritionist, but I stay in shape by running 6 days a week for about an hour and a half a day (stretch before and afterwards!!!). I try to eat carbs for energy drink water, hold the salt ect. Do this and you'll stay thin and good.
-Unless You Gained it quickly, -You're NOT going to Lose it Quickly. :( Just eat Healthy Foods, drink PLENTY of cold Water, & get ALL the Sleep & Exercise you can Stand- and those 40 Pounds WILL ( Slowly ) melt away... .. . :)
