Before January I would like to lose 5 pounds. I'm 5'3" and weigh 108 or 110 or something like that. I know that it might be hard because I already don't weigh that much, but I'd like to know some ways that I could. as in how much I should eat everyday, and exercise? please only answer if you can answer my question. i'm not asking for your opinion, just how I can get this done.

Drink five glasses of water every day.
Don't eat after 7pm.
Get at LEAST an hour of physical activity.
Eat many fruits and veggies!
Sleep for at LEAST 7-8 hours!
