Just spray it where the fan air intake and vents are. If you can, spray it so it rotates the fan and the air scrape the dust off it.If you don't touch any components directly with the nozzle the pressure is too weak to damage anything on your computer. The liquid dries almost instantly so it's pretty safe to blast it. Just make sure big dust clumps don't go further in.Do it outside!
